Seville Estate

Head wine maker Dylon McMahon commissioned me to paint a watercolour map of Seville Estate winery, paying attention to the different paddocks, or blocks, of grape varietals. Dylon wanted to show the winery’s land formations, soil profile and water courses which ultimately give each wine unique characteristics.
